Who We Are
LC Clinic — short for Life Care Clinic — is a pregnancy medical clinic serving Southwest Iowa from three locations in Atlantic, Creston, and Stuart. We specialize in early pregnancy confirmation, sexual health services, and the kind of practical support that makes a real difference when life feels uncertain.
We started in 2012 as a pregnancy resource center in Stuart, offering pregnancy tests and a parenting program. Over time — guided by the community's needs and our mission — we transitioned into a full pregnancy medical clinic. Today, we serve a 60-mile radius across Southwest Iowa, and every single one of our services remains completely free of charge. No income requirements. No county residency restrictions. No conditions.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, entirely privately funded. We do not accept government funding — because this work belongs to the community, not a bureaucracy.

Our Approach
We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be seen, heard, and respected — regardless of their past, their beliefs, or where they are in life. We are a client permission-based ministry. That means we do not show you anything you have not agreed to see, and we do not push an agenda into your appointment. We ask questions. We listen. We give honest answers. And we follow your lead.
Our staff and volunteers are trained professionals who care — not just about the outcome of your pregnancy, but about your whole life: emotional, physical, and relational. Whether you want prayer or just want someone to sit with you without judgment, we are here for you.

Our Faith Foundation
LC Clinic is a faith-based ministry, rooted in the belief that every human life has value from conception. Our mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ through spiritual, physical, and emotional support. That said, you do not need to share our faith to be welcome here. We serve everyone — without regard to age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, or marital status. Jesus met people where they were. So do we.
We are affiliated with CareNet, Heartbeat International, and NIFLA, and we uphold their national Commitment of Care and Competence standards. All medical services are provided under physician supervision. All advertising and communications are truthful and honest. And all client information is held in strict confidence.
Our Mission
Valuing all human life, LC Clinic offers hope to those experiencing unplanned pregnancy, healing to those who have experienced abortion, and Truth to our community through abstinence education by demonstrating the love of Christ through spiritual, physical, and emotional support.
