Free Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and Treatment
Did you know that each year there are 20 million new Sexually Transmitted Infections (incidences) in the United States?
Young people (ages 15-24) are particularly affected, accounting for half (50 %) of all new STIs, although they represent just 25% of the sexually experienced population.
Are you sexually active and concerned you might have been exposed to an STI?
Good news: We provide STI testing and treatment to men and women, free of charge.
What Can I Expect?
- We test and treat for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
- We will have your results typically within 1 week.
- After your initial visit, a follow-up Results Appointment will be scheduled.
- Bring your I.D. with you.
- Do not urinate an hour before your appointment.
If you test positive for either of these infections, you will be encouraged to return to our clinic for treatment. We may feel it necessary to refer you for further testing for other infections and diseases.
Once tested, we will have results typically available to you within one week of your appointment.
If you seek STI testing and treatment at our clinic, we are required to share your identifying information with the Department of Health, as is any medical facility testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections. Please bring a form of identification with you to your appointment.

Parenting Classes
Parenting is a very courageous and loving choice. Having education and a support system is important.
Our Earn While You Learn Program is an education-based system of earning the things you need for your baby, up to age two. Mommy Money and Daddy Dollars are earned by keeping a monthly 45-minute appointment with a staff member who will take you through an educational lesson of your choice. You may then spend your "money" in our Baby Boutique.
The lessons are taught through a series of videos and worksheets. During your appointment, you usually watch a video, then go over a worksheet and discuss the lesson together. You can earn even more "money" by completing homework. There are also a variety of ways to earn "money" to spend in our Baby Boutique.

We'll listen to you and help you develop positive solutions focused on the well-being of you, your family, and your unborn child.

Material Assistance
At LC Clinic, we know it takes more than love and sheer will to raise a baby. It also takes diapers, clothing, and countless other material items.
We can help you get the things you need to provide for your baby. Our material assistance program will help provide you with basic baby care items. And if necessary, we will refer you to an agency who can help you with additional needs.

Caring Peer Counseling
One of the best choices you can make when faced with an unplanned pregnancy is the choice to seek counseling in a safe, confidential setting.
At LC Clinic, we have nurses and trained peer counselors. They have extensive experience in meeting the needs of women just like you––women facing the unique challenges of pregnancy.
We don't know your situation, but we'd like to. And we'd like to offer a compassionate ear combined with caring, professional guidance as you make life-changing decisions.
